Requirements

  • A CaptivateIQ account in an organization with MCP access enabled. During early access, MCP is intended for organization admins, and what you can see depends on your role. To request early access, contact support@captivateiq.com.
  • An AI tool that supports remote MCP servers. See Other AI tools for details.
  • CaptivateIQ permissions for the data you want to query. The MCP server never grants more access than your user already has.

Connecting CaptivateIQ

  1. Choose your AI tool above and follow its setup guide.
  2. Sign in with your CaptivateIQ credentials. CaptivateIQ uses OAuth, so you don’t create or paste API tokens.
  3. Ask your assistant a question about your CaptivateIQ data.

What you can access

All tools are read-only except the two export tools, which start a CSV export and create a file for download. See the full list on the MCP page.
